By accessing or using Way Too Early Game ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Way Too Early Game is a free entertainment service that allows users to make predictions about Major League Baseball season outcomes. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only and does not involve real-money gambling, wagering, or prizes of monetary value.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

Account Security Features

  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): You may optionally enable 2FA for enhanced security. If enabled, you are responsible for securing your authenticator app and backup recovery codes. Lost backup codes may result in permanent account lockout.
  • Account Lockout: For security purposes, accounts may be temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts. This helps protect your account from unauthorized access.
  • Session Management: You may be automatically logged out after periods of inactivity or when security-sensitive changes are made to your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the Service

5. No Gambling Disclaimer

This Service does not constitute gambling. No real money, cryptocurrency, or items of monetary value are wagered, won, or lost through use of this Service. The Service is purely for entertainment and recreational prediction purposes. Any leagues, competitions, or leaderboards are for entertainment value only.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Way Too Early Game and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Trademarks: Major League Baseball, MLB, and all team names, logos, and related marks are trademarks and copyrights of Major League Baseball and its member clubs. This Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Major League Baseball or any of its teams.

Team names and references are used for informational and entertainment purposes in connection with our prediction game, under principles of fair use and nominative fair use.

7. User Content

By submitting predictions and other content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service. You retain ownership of your content but grant us the rights necessary to operate the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of MLB statistics, standings, or game results displayed on the Service. Official MLB data should be verified through official MLB sources.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BASEBALL WAY-TOO-EARLY PREDICTIONS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms
